HOW TO USE Minestrone Soup: Fry onion, garlic, celery and sage leaves Add organic pancetta if you like. Add potato, cooking tomatoes, bay leaf, pre-cooked SOUP MIX and 6 cups of stock. Boil and simmer 25 minutes. Add your favourite vegetables and cook until tender. Serve with crusty wholemeal bread or crispy crackers. Veggie Pattie: Cook the SOUP MIX and roughly mash so that there is still a good texture. Add onion, parsley and your favourite herbs. Try Mint, coriander or basil. Add 2 eggs and soy sauce. Make 1/3 cup size patties and fry. Place on a roll for a great veggie burger or eat with a salad. Great with chilli jam or home made Chilli Sauce
