HOW TO USE
Fry onion, garlic, celery and sage leaves
Add organic pancetta if you like.
Add potato, cooking tomatoes, bay leaf, pre-cooked SOUP MIX and 6 cups of stock.
Boil and simmer 25 minutes.
Add your favourite vegetables and cook until tender.
Serve with crusty wholemeal bread or crispy crackers.
Cook the SOUP MIX and roughly mash so that there is still a good texture.
Add onion, parsley and your favourite herbs. Try Mint, coriander or basil.
Add 2 eggs and soy sauce.
Make 1/3 cup size patties and fry.
Place on a roll for a great veggie burger or eat with a salad.
Great with chilli jam or home made Chilli Sauce
Does not need to be soaked although soak 8 hours for better health qualities. Fry onions and garlic, add beans,veggies along with herbs and spices. Also cook and use to make veggie patties or loaf.
