HOW TO USE
Creamy Sweetened Porridge:
Add poached or fresh fruit or honey to add delicious and healthy natural sweetness.
Add a little extra of your favourite milk as wanted.
For the perfect health breakfast add 25 grams of freshly ground LSA.
Mix 1 cup rolled oats, 1 cup coconut, 1 cup whole grain flour and 3/4 cup rapadura sugar. Melt 125 g butter with, 2 tbs golden syrup and 1 tsp bi-carb soda. Combine. Put flattened walnut size balls in 160vdecC oven for about 12 minutes.
