Golden Chai Smoothie Bowl


Last summer I had a lot of trouble deciding what to have for breakfast. I love my muesli, seriously love it, but at the same time I do enjoy a good smoothie. Each time I have one I miss the other. That is where my smooth bowls came from. This Golden Chai Smoothie Bowl is one of my favourites. The chai taste with such a nutty muesli is a sensation. A bit of fruit on top does the trich perfectly. This smoothie bowl keeps me full and satisfied right through until lunch.

  • 2/3  cup Coconut Yoghurt
  • 1  whole Banana, Frozen
  • 1/8  cup ABC Nuts (Almond, Brazil Nut, Cashew)
  • 2  tbsp Chia Seeds, Black
  • 2  tsp Golden Chai Spice Blend
  • 1  cup Water
  • 2/3  cup Muesli, Toasted Nuts, Honey & Chia
  • 1  whole Banana
  • 1/4  cup Blueberries. Fresh

How to prepare

  1. Add the Coconut Yoghurt, Sliced Frozen Banana, ABC Nuts, Golden Chai Spice Blend, Chia seeds and Pure Water and Ice into a powerful blender and blend for about 30 seconds, until thick and smooth.

  2. Get two medium size bowls and pour half the Golden Chai Smooth into each of the bowls.

  3. Slice the Fresh Banana and wash the Fresh Bluelerries. Make a ring with the Banana slices around the edge of each of the bowls. Scoop the Toasted Nut Honey and Chia Muesli into the centre and place the blueberries around the edge of the bowl.

  4. Eat with a spoon and enjoy. This is a very fresh and filling breakfast that will keep you going until lunch.
